You know you should sort it out. We make it easy.
Most people sort their mortgage or finances… but never quite get round to their will. Life gets busy, legal paperwork feels daunting, and it keeps getting pushed down the list.
That’s exactly why Carr Mitchell exists. We guide you through the whole process with a real conversation, plain English, and expert support—so you can get it done properly, without the stress.
Choose The Right Option For You
Whether you need a Will, Power of Attorney, or both we guide you through every step.
Wills
Make sure your wishes are carried out, your loved ones are protected, and your assets go where you want them to. A properly drafted Will gives you control and your family peace of mind.
Most clients choose this.
Will & Power of Attorney Together
Most people need both. We help you put the right protections in place at the same time — saving time, money, and the hassle of doing things separately.
Power of Attorney
If you ever lose the ability to make decisions through illness or accident a Power of Attorney means someone you trust can act on your behalf. Without one, your family may face delays, stress, and court applications.
